Upper West Side Real Estate

Real estate on the Upper West Side is known for its classic brownstones, pre-war co-ops, and luxury high-rises, many offering breathtaking views of Central Park or the Hudson River. The area is home to some of Manhattan’s most prestigious residential buildings, including the San Remo, The Dakota, and The Beresford—historic, architecturally stunning co-ops that have attracted celebrities and notable residents for decades.

While co-ops dominate much of the market, the UWS has seen an increase in condominium developments in recent years, offering modern amenities and new construction options. Prices vary based on proximity to Central Park, amenities, and building history, but the neighborhood remains one of the most desirable in Manhattan for its charm, walkability, and sense of community.

Some of my favorite developments include The Henry,  where you will fall in love with stunning architecture and an unsurpassed serene way of life, located right near Central Park. Another stunner, 200 East 75th, boasts a magnificent lobby that was inspired by the Hotel De Crillon in Paris. With beautiful landscaping and exceptional residences, it is Paris!

My Own Personal Connection

I find myself going there regularly—not just because I need to, but because I truly want to.

On days when I need a break from the pressures of work and daily life, I’ll head to the Upper West Side just to walk its beautiful streets. Sometimes, I even park 20 blocks away from where I need to be, just to soak in the architecture and atmosphere. I’ve built lasting connections with the people in my favorite shops, and even when I’m not shopping, I love stopping by just to chat and share a few laughs. The neighborhood is more than just a place I visit—it’s a place where I feel at home. With so many close friends there, and my children’s friends as well, the Upper West Side has become a true extension of our lives, and we absolutely love it.
